Self Exclusion
We offer a Self Exclusion facility specifically for those customers for whom gambling has become a serious problem and who wish to restrict their gambling with Golden Lounge. By entering into a Self Exclusion agreement with Golden Lounge you will be prevented from using your account for a period of 6 months. During this period of self-exclusion Golden Lounge will not distribute any promotional emails and do all we can to prevent new accounts being opened.

- Your Full Name
- Your Date Of Birth
Once we have received your e-mail we will then confirm the Self Exclusion process via return.
